By accessing and using the Ora Retreat website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Booking and Reservations
When making a booking with Ora Retreat:
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking
- Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
- Prices are quoted in the local currency of each location (NZD for New Zealand, ZAR for South Africa)
- A deposit may be required to secure your booking
3. Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy varies by booking type:
Accommodation
- Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in
- 50% refund for cancellations 7-14 days before check-in
- No refund for cancellations within 7 days of check-in
Retreats
- Full refund (minus deposit) up to 30 days before retreat start
- 50% refund for cancellations 14-30 days before retreat
- No refund for cancellations within 14 days of retreat start
Experiences
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the experience
- No refund for cancellations within 48 hours
4. Guest Conduct
While staying at Ora Retreat, guests are expected to:
- Respect other guests and staff
- Follow house rules and guidelines
- Keep noise levels appropriate, especially during quiet hours
- Not engage in any illegal activities on the premises
- Report any damages or issues promptly
5. Liability
Ora Retreat is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property, except where caused by our negligence. We recommend guests obtain appropriate travel insurance before their visit.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Ora Retreat and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
